3. Assessment Results

The AI-generated scores and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional consulting advice. Results are based on the information you provide and algorithmic analysis.

4. Intellectual Property

The assessment methodology, scoring algorithms, and platform design are proprietary to Pyntra. Your assessment report is provided for your use and may be shared with our partner agencies for the purpose of follow-up consultation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pyntra is not liable for business decisions made based on assessment results. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
